PAM System - automated 3D scanning for industrial metrology

We are pleased to introduce our own product at Control 22: The PAM System.

The Pam System (PAM - Portable Automated Measuring System) is an automated and mobile 3D scanning measurement system and offers enormous flexibility.

In its basic configuration, the PAM System consists of a robot, a 3D scanner, a rotary table and one software for offline programming and one for the analysis of the 3D data.


For the individual components, we have drawn on the best on the market:

The offline programming is powered by Nexos 4.0, a software from 11Dynamics. Nexos 4.0 is able to control turntable, robot and scanner and to stream the 3D data directly into the analysis software. Thanks to this universal interface, there is no limit to the future expansion of the PAM system. You need a second robot? No problem. Thanks to Nexos 4.0, there are almost no limits.

The analysis is powered by Verisurf. Verisurf offers innovative measurement solutions for advanced surface analysis, quality inspection and reverse engineering. The 3D data obtained from the PAM system can be analyzed in a variety of ways via Verisurf. Thanks to the possibility to create alignments and measurement programs, even serial inspections are easy and can be performed by a trained technician. At the end you will receive an attractive report.


The PAM system is the ideal complement to shopfloor management. You can easily check and evaluate different components. Compared to a classic CMM, this system is mobile. If your measuring system is needed at another place, you simply move it. We focus on flexibility, simplicity and support for the PAM system.
